Role: Virtual Customer service associate
Eligibility:
10+2/Graduate/PG in any discipline
Excellent communication skills
Must adhere to SOP as guided by company
Preferred skills:
Must be proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Statistical knowledge on averages, trends, outliers, charting, etc. would be an advantage.

Must require:
Must have ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
Demonstrates conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills
Should be able to demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
Should have ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Must maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
Should be flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
Must have ability to work overtime as required by business – as much as 60 hours a week, most often occurring in the weeks surrounding the Christmas holiday season
