The lower and upper age limit indicated for the post(s) in the Vacancy Table will be reckoned as on 01/01/2025.
5.2 For various age groups the Date of Birth of candidates should be between the dates given below (Both dates
inclusive): 

UR & EWS OBC-Non-Creamy
Layer: 18 to 33 years

SC/ST: 18 to 48 years

Candidates applying for the posts in this CEN have to pay the prescribed fee as per their category detailed below

For all candidates except the fee concession categories mentioned below.
Out of this fee of Rs 500/- an amount of Rs 400/- shall be refunded in due course duly
deducting bank charges, on appearing in 1st Stage CBT.

For PwBDs / Female /Transgender/ Ex-Service men candidates and candidates belonging to
SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class (EBC). Rs 250/-

Modes of Payment of Fee: candidates through online mode only

(A) Master Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in
Commerce. However, holder of Degree of M.Com in Applied/Business Economics shall not
be eligible. 

 (B) B.Ed. or equivalent degree from recognised University. 

(C) Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English mediums.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications. 

(A) Graduation (in Arts) and 2-year Diploma in Elementary education (by whatever name
known). 

OR 

Atleast 50% marks either in Graduation (in Arts) or in Post-Graduation (in Arts) and B.Ed. 

 OR 

Graduation (in Arts) with atleast 45% marks and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in
accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and procedure) regulations issued from time
to time in this regard.
OR 

12th(+2Stage) (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary
education (B.El.Ed). 

OR 

12th(+2Stage) (or its equivalent) with atleast 50% marks and 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed or
B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
OR 

Graduation (in Arts) with atleast 50% marks and one year B.Ed (Special Education). 

 OR 

Post-Graduation (in Arts) with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and three years
integrated B.Ed-M.Ed. 

(B) Pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 

(A) Graduate with Bachelors in Physical Education (B. P. Ed) or its equivalent. 

 (B) Competency in imparting Physical Education in English medium.

(A) Master’s Degree of a recognised University or equivalent in Hindi or English with
English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of
examination at Degree level. 

OR 

Master’s Degree of a recognised University or equivalent in any subject other than
Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or
elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level. 

(B) Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and
vice – versa or 2-years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in
Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertaking

Degree from recognized University and Diploma in Public Relations / Advertising /
Journalism / Mass Communication from a recognized institution / University.
Desirable: 2 years experience in related fields.

Graduation plus any one of the following qualifications:
(A) Diploma in Labour/ Social Welfare. 

 (B) Diploma in Labour Laws. 

(C) LLB with papers in Labour Laws. 

 (D) PG Diploma in Personnel Management. 

 (E) MBA with papers in Personnel Management awarded by an Institution of the Govt. of
India. 

 (F) MBA/HR awarded by an institution recognised by the Govt. of India. 

(E) PG Diploma in Human Resource Management provided that its curriculum includes
relevant papers in Personnel Management awarded by an institution recognized by the Govt
of India 

Bachelor of Library Science (4 years course). 

 OR 

Graduation with professional qualification of Diploma in Librarianship.
